Astro Tour

DUE TO THE LATE FINISH AND REMOTE LOCATION, ONLY THOSE STAYING WITHIN DALES CAMPGROUND CAN BOOK THIS ASTRO SESSION, NO EXCEPTION. The risk of damge to your vehicle, or injury to wildlife is far too great to undertake driving any distance at completion of the astro.

Join Phill under a spectacular dark sky in Dales Campground Karijini National Park, Karijini’s ultimate planetarium, an absolutely incredible view of the cosmos. The inland outback location means the celestial gems above can be seen with incredible clarity free of artificial lighting. Spot the Omega Centauri globular cluster, 16000 light years distant, the stunning Jewel Box and more..!

On this night under the stars, you’ll see the constellations mapped out, learn fascinating facts about our universe, and spot many amazing celestial phenomena.

Comfortable seating is provided at the Dales Campground astro site.
